Do I need to sign a contract?
There is no contract, but you can read more about our service agreement. For websites that are on monthly billing, we require 30 days’ notice for cancellation. For websites on annual billing, we require a 30-day notice prior to the end of your annual term.
What is involved with the site audit?
Our site audit is a comprehensive review of your site looking at a number of categories such as user experience, performance, and security. Once completed, you will have a list of actionable items that will improve your website. You can read more about our site audits.
Do I have to host my site with RadiateWP’s servers?
Websites on the “Support” and “Team” plan can host their site elsewhere. However, it is important to note that working on a different platform may take additional support time if that host does not have the necessary tools for backup, and staging environments.
Does my site need to be on WordPress?
Yes, RadiateWP specializes in WordPress Maintenance and Support so we only service sites using WordPress.
Do I need support blocks?
We recommend that websites on the “Maintain” and “Growth” Plans purchase a 5-hour support block to address any support issues that arise with your site. The support block does not expire. Websites on the “Support” and “Team” plans may purchase support blocks should they need more hours of support than what is included with their plan.
