COMMENTS

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Our site has an SSL certificate for encryption. It is also hosted on a secure hosting platform through WPEngine. We also use Cloudflare as a firewall for additional security.

Should our website every be breached, we will notify all users within 72 hours by the email that was provided when they submitted their information.

WHAT AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING AND/OR PROFILING WE DO WITH USER DATA

We use Active Campaign for email reminders sent to past clients. The purpose of these emails are to remind the website owner of various management tasks that they are now responsible for now that they are no longer in our system. We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND STORE
