You have chosen one of our featured plans, the “Support” Plan. This plan takes all of the benefits of the “Grow” Plan and includes 1 hour a month of hands-on site support from our team. This support covers situations like: issues the site may experience that would otherwise require purchase of support hours to fix, ongoing site review to look for and implement opportunities for improvement, and/or work on longer-term strategy tasks based on your requests. These are your hours and we will work with you to develop a plan that meets your most pressing needs. This plan is perfect for clients who are invested in elevating their web presence to the next level for profitability, user experience, and reach.
What if I need more help?
No problem! We are always here to help. We offer prepaid support blocks that you can purchase and these support blocks do not expire. These support blocks can be treated like a “savings account” that you can dip into if you ever find yourself needing extra time one month. You can save money by buying in blocks of 5 or 10 hours as the price per hour is discounted. We will always use the hours included with your monthly plan before using your support block hours.
